In Observance of Labor Day
CMAC lending will be closed for operations on Monday, September 4, 2023.
We will resume our normal business hours on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
Labor Day is a federal holiday, so September 4, 2023 must not be included in rescission period, 7-day Initial Loan Estimate to Consummation waiting period, and re-disclosure of Closing Disclosure.
SEPTEMBER 5, 2023 WILL COUNT AS A RESCISSION DAY
